As a Senior Care Worker, you won’t just provide care—you’ll be a guiding presence, supporting both residents and staff so everyone can thrive.
🌼 Your Role Will Involve:
* 👩👧👦 Leading and mentoring our fantastic care staff
* 📋 Allocating daily tasks within the care team
* 💊 Administering medication safely and accurately
* 🧑🤝🧑 Creating personalised, person‑centred support plans
* 🌟 Promoting best practice across the home
* 🤝 Delivering high‑quality care to residents with a range of needs
