ROLE: Service Advisor LOCATION: Edinburgh SALARY: 28k basic – 35k OTE benefits HOURS: Monday to Friday 42 hours per week Flame Recruitment is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join the team in their clients Edinburgh based dealer. Duties: • Working closely with customers to arrange and plan out servicing and repairs on their vehicles • Provide accurate estimates for servicing and repairs • Ensuring the customer is fully aware of the likely costs and timescales involved and setting expectations accordingly • Work with colleagues across the dealership (including parts, technicians and sales) to provide the best service • Organise the collection and delivery of cars for delivery • Encourage the sale of parts, accessories and service plans whenever possible • Acting on opportunities to sell additional products/services and market current promotions • Contact customers to update on workshop progress, agreeing any additional spends • Follow key processes to achieve excellent customer service and upsell targets • Write job cards and brief technicians on work coming • Deliver excellent customer service at all times About you: • Be an experienced Service Advisor within the Automotive industry • Excellent interpersonal skills and desire to deliver a great service • Work well under pressure • Have a desire to strive and hit sales targets To apply for this Service Advisor vacancy, please get in touch with Flame Recruitment.
