Intro
We’re hiring a Knowledge Management Advisor in Darlington on a permanent, hybrid basis. This role is known internally as Knowledge and Capability Advisor.

The role
This is a hands-on position focused on turning complex scheme rules and technical policy into clear, practical guidance for our administration teams. You’ll create and maintain knowledge guides, playbooks, and learning materials, owning content from first draft to final sign-off.
