Join us to shape the future of nature intelligence in business.
At Natcap, we believe that the next frontier of sustainability is nature. The world has already lost 85% of its wetlands, 35% of its forests, and 65% of its wildlife. We’re here to change that. Our mission is to accelerate the transition to a nature-positive economy by integrating nature intelligence into business decision-making.
We work with global companies to help them prioritise, measure, and act on their nature-related risks and opportunities. Now, we’re looking for a Head of Product to lead this critical work.
What you’ll do 🚀
As Head of Product, you'll report directly to our CEO and work at the heart of a passionate, cross-functional team, including the Head of Engineering, Chief Science Officer, and Head of Delivery. Your mission? Deliver a product our customers love—and that nature needs.
You will:
* Own the product vision and roadmap, unifying commercial, scientific, technical and user insights.
* Drive user growth and recurring revenue, focusing on product-led success.
* Lead and grow a world-class product team, including a product manager and designer.
* Champion the voice of the customer across the organisation, from R&D to marketing.
* Create team clarity and cohesion, ensuring we work toward the same north star.
* Roll up your sleeves—this is a hands-on role in a high-impact startup environment.
You should apply if 💡
You have:
* 7+ years of experience as a senior product leader, including at early-stage startups.
* A strong track record of building successful B2B SaaS products.
* The ability to balance long-term product thinking with short-term delivery.
* Experience working in a data-heavy, regulated or scientific domain.
* Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
* A strong user-centred design mindset.
Bonus points if you have:
* Experience with geospatial data, sustainability, risk or compliance.
* Prior work building software products for complex, multi-stakeholder problems.
What we offer 🌱

* Ownership – Competitive salary and meaningful equity.
* Time in nature – Regular off-sites and away days in natural environments.
* Career development – Dedicated L&D budget + coaching support.
* Flexible benefits – Enhanced parental, carers, compassionate, and emergency leave.
* Wellbeing support – Holistic wellness and lifestyle package.
* Work/life balance – Hybrid working with 3 days/week in our London office (Farringdon).
