Qualifications & Experience:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Degree in a Humanities subject (History, Geography, RE, or related).
* Substantial experience teaching within the Humanities at secondary level, with leadership responsibilities.
* Proven ability to develop and implement engaging curriculum.
* Strong understanding of innovative teaching practices.
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
