Remote In-House Company Secretary

to recruit an experienced company secretary for thei

brand-new global in-house governance function. This is a permanent, full-time role that can be carried out
fully remotely
from anywhere in the UK or Jersey, offering the flexibility to lead governance at a global scale.
Key Duties
You will act as the lead governance contact across group entities, supporting boards and committees, managing statutory and compliance obligations, and overseeing filings, minutes, and registers. You'll also shape and embed the group's governance framework, lead key projects, and ensure strong governance standards across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Skills
We are looking for a senior governance professional, ideally a
Chartered Secretary or Chartered Governance Professional
, with at least 10 years' experience in a governance or company secretarial role. You'll be highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident working in complex, fast-paced environments. Offshore experience is advantageous, with excellent communication skills essential.
