You’ll be the bridge between our customers and developers — investigating issues, finding solutions, and helping to keep everything running smoothly. What You’ll Do
* Handle complex support queries and escalations.
* Investigate and diagnose technical issues (logs, data, configuration).
* Liaise with developers to identify bugs and test fixes.
* Contribute to documentation, testing, and internal improvement projects.
* Occasionally assist with product demos or training alongside sales and support teams.
About You
* You have strong troubleshooting skills and a calm, methodical approach.
* You can communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users.
* You enjoy learning how things work and finding practical solutions.
* Some experience in software or technical support is ideal, but not essential.
