Job Summary
We are looking for an individual with experience of working in a busy goods in/out department, supporting stock management, warehouse organisation and administrative tasks to support the wider team. Please be aware that this role does require some manual handling. We are looking for individuals who thrive on making an impact and want the excitement of being on a team that wins. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be:
Responsibilities
* Booking in arrivals to our facility
* Packaging consignments for dispatch across the globe
* Liaising with freight forwarders
* Warehouse stock management and organisation
* Raising documentation to ship goods to our UK shipping partners
* Other activities as assigned by the department and/or site manager
Qualifications
* Background in warehousing and/or logistics
* Experience of forklift operation preferred
* Good IT skills (MRP systems advantageous)
* Good time‑management and organisation skills
* Excellent communication, written and verbal
* Attention to detail
* A can‑do attitude and a team player
* Flexible approach to work, adaptable and willing to assist in other areas as required
