My client is a large insurance organisation who is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Bromsgrove.
Job Description
3. Managing end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the company.
4. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
5. Utilising a variety of sourcing methods to attract top talent.
6. Contributing to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
7. Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations during recruitment processes.
8. Participating in HR projects as required.
9. 30% of this role will be HR Administration
The Successful Applicant
A successful Talent Acquisition Specialist should have:
10. Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or as a Recruiter
11. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
12. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
13. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
14. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
15. Can commute to Bromsgrove three times per week
