We are looking for an organised and engaging Lettings Negotiator to join a forward-thinking Estate & Lettings Agency in Egham. You will be responsible for generating business, managing viewings, and providing outstanding service to landlords and tenants. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Generating and securing new business from landlords and applicants Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties Conducting property viewings and providing feedback Managing negotiations between landlords and tenants Building and maintaining strong client relationships Delivering a consistently high standard of customer service Working independently while supporting the wider team Meeting agreed targets within a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous experience in residential lettings Strong sales and negotiation ability Thorough understanding of the lettings process High level of customer service skills Confident and professional telephone manner Well presented, organised and self-motivated Local knowledge of the Egham area advantageous Full UK driving licence essential Professional and ethical approach to estate agency What's In It For You?
