They do anything from a retail new store fit out to a pop up shop!
They are looking for an experience Senior Project manager to join their team in Essex, you will need to be happy to be onsite 5 days a week to apply for this role.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Management professional to join our small, friendly team, where you will be responsible for supporting the Project management team, and managing your own projects from Initial proposal through production to delivery and install.
The Senior role entails making sure all projects are efficiently delivered.
By working with internal and external stakeholders you will lead the delivery process across a diverse workload with a focus toward joinery / stand builds.
We require a strong understanding of the delivery & production process of retail displays and events, knowledge of the technical aspects of production and installation including briefing and management of onsite crew, external suppliers and creative and delivery teams.
The candidate will need to show skills to be able to lead, influence and manage expectations at all levels, helping maintain and develop client relations.
As Senior Project manager, the candidate will oversee all logistics, and finalise the weekly install team calendars to ensure all projects are sufficient covered and meet clients expectations. Helping to improve processes and produces internally with Project management and productions. Working closely with the Production workshop manager and Managing Director. Reporting weekly and daily progress and deliverables, as well as inspiring team members to see the big picture and push toward their shared goals.
We are looking for a Senior project manager who can help lead and provide problem solving solutions, coordinating efforts across departments and managing cross- functional teams to all contribute to a successful installation.
It will be preferable for candidates to have a creative retail production / agency background and have the experience of managing a range of projects across multiple channels as well as working closely with clients and suppliers.
Collaborates with stakeholders to document project scope, deliverables, goals, risks and issues management, success measures, and estimated resources needed.
Ensures that projects remain in-scope and meet budgetary, scheduling, and quality requirements.
Creates, manages, and distributes project communications – Sch as proposal workshop briefs, job installation notes and schedules, and budgets.
Oversee the management of the install and site calendar across project management team
Work closely with the production and workshop manager for a full view of all projects in production to be able to advise priority and workload.
Oversea logistics for all projects for installation weekly calendars and planning for team, vehicle allocation support.
Communicates effectively for all levels of the business and clients
Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on activities related to the project, including subcontractor monitoring
5 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar position responsible for defining and managing project scope, timelines, profitability, and effective delivery of products or services.
Experience in managing delivery of customer-facing and internally facing products or services.
Ability to work, often overnight to oversee installations onsite
Experience working with senior level directors
Desirable for a Health and Safety qualification or good understanding
