We are partnering with a highly regarded super luxury fashion house to find a Stock Manager for their boutique within a leading London department store.

The Role
As Stock Manager, you will take full ownership of stock operations, overseeing two stock rooms and managing a stock controller.
This is a highly hands-on role requiring structure, discipline, and the ability to maintain exceptional standards across a complex luxury environment.
You will:
* Oversee all stock processes including deliveries, transfers, returns, and replenishment
* Maintain absolute accuracy and organisation across both stock rooms
* Lead and develop a stock controller, ensuring consistency and accountability
* Work closely with the shop floor to ensure seamless product flow and availability
* Support the wider boutique in delivering an elevated client experience through operational excellence
* Monitor stock performance, identifying key commercial insights and risks
About You
* Experienced in stock management within luxury or high luxury retail environments
* Have previous experience in department store
* Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident managing multiple stock spaces in a structured, fast-paced setting
* Strong communicator across both operational and retail teams
* Calm, efficient, and solutions-led under pressure
* Commercially aware, understanding how stock impacts trading performance
