You will be making an important informed conclusion on the information received. This is a fast-paced job that requires attention to detail and plenty of initiative. You will be spending most of your day on the phone so it is important that you are articulate and confident to deal with clients at all levels over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Chase references with an aim to conclude files within service level agreement.
Manage inbound/outbound calls and emails sufficiently.
To be able to prioritise your own workloads according to the service level agreements set and work to deadlines.
