Role: Change Manager - Salesforce
Location: Remote, UK-based applicants only
Contract: Initial 3 months
One of the leading Salesforce Partners is scaling its team for a Salesforce Change Manager. The company has experienced significant growth and has numerous complex, enterprise-scale implementations across multi-cloud and multi-industry sectors in the UK, EU, and US.
The role involves supporting a digital transformation project within the Financial Services and Banking sector, focusing on change management. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to understand the broader impact of change, develop plans, and assist with training planning and delivery.
Requirements include:
1. Hands-on experience managing change in technology projects
2. Expertise in training planning, content strategy, and delivery
3. Experience conducting change impact and readiness assessments
4. Strong knowledge of Salesforce products
5. Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
6. Recognized change management certifications (e.g., APMG, Prosci, ADKAR)
7. Salesforce certifications (preferred)
8. Consulting experience in Financial Services (desired but not essential)
This is a fully remote role requiring immediate availability. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, comfortable working with senior stakeholders, passionate about continuous learning, and driven to deliver business value through technology and change.
