Job Description
Purchase Ledger Clerk:
* Oversight of all aspects of the Accounts Payable function
* Posting invoices and credit notes with accurate coding
* Setting up and managing supplier accounts
* Conducting daily bank reconciliations
* Updating Excel spreadsheets
* Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the finance department
* Managing the accounts payable approval process
* Reconciling supplier statements
The Successful Applicant
Ideal for candidates with previous experience in Accounts Payable and a minimum qualification of AAT Level 3 (or actively studying/QBE), the role requires a blend of expertise in a similar position. The successful individual will showcase meticulous attention to detail, taking ownership, and exhibiting a talent for identifying, investigating, and resolving errors.
