Senior Marketing Analyst
Kings Cross, London - Hybrid
Salary: up to £60,000
This is a high impact senior individual contributor role within a well established, digital first organisation where data directly influences commercial performance and long term strategy. You will take ownership of critical lifetime value and revenue metrics at a time when the business is investing heavily in improving data reliability, customer understanding and marketing effectiveness.

Operating at significant scale, they use data to support marketing performance, optimise subscriptions and guide strategic decision making. The business is known for investing in its analytics capability and for giving analysts genuine ownership over high value commercial metrics.
The Role
You will sit within the Marketing and Reader Revenue Analytics function, acting as a senior individual contributor with responsibility for some of the organisation’s most important models and measures.
Key responsibilities include:
* Owning and evolving lifetime value and revenue metrics across multiple products and customer touchpoints
* Improving data models and reliability, including maintaining and optimising dbt models
* Acting as the analytical owner of key dashboards covering marketing channels and campaign performance
* Supporting experimentation and A B testing with robust analytical input and insight
* Working closely with stakeholders to interpret metrics, resolve data issues and guide decision making
* Contributing to strategic projects such as customer segmentation, contact base analysis and business planning
Your Skills and Experience
* Strong commercial analytics experience operating at senior analyst level
* Proven ownership of lifetime value or similar customer and revenue focused models
* Solid SQL capability and experience working with large, complex datasets
* Experience using Python and a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau
* Confidence working independently in a fast paced environment and partnering with senior stakeholders
* Exposure to dbt or modern analytics engineering practices is beneficial but not essential
