Salary: Up to £50,000 (DOE) Plus: £3,000 retention bonus

About the Role
As a Social Worker within the Assessment Team, you will:
6. Conduct assessments of children and young people’s circumstances to determine appropriate interventions or referrals
7. Plan and implement interventions for allocated cases, ensuring timely and effective support
8. Liaise with internal and external partners to ensure coordinated support for children, young people, and carers
9. Work with a strong understanding of safeguarding requirements
10. Proactively develop your professional knowledge, skills, and behaviours
11. Act in accordance with all relevant policies and procedures, understanding their purpose and importance
Qualifications & Requirements
12. Relevant Social Work qualification
13. Completed ASYE
14. Active Social Work England registration
