Overview
Senior Consultant – Oracle HCM Payroll Cloud implementation services. Collaborate on all project phases, client engagements, solution design, and deployments while also supporting pre‑sales activities and capability building.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer‑facing activities and contribute to the full consulting lifecycle.
- Perform requirements analysis, business process documentation, solution design, functional design, configuration and integration architecture.
- Develop, configure and deploy the Oracle HCM Payroll Cloud solution in partnership with technical teams.
- Ensure project processes and deliverables are met and support proposal development and demonstrations.
- Travel to client sites as required.
- Manage multiple full Oracle Cloud implementation cycles concurrently.
Required Qualifications
- Up to 10 years of functional experience delivering Oracle HCM Payroll Cloud applications.
- Strong experience in UK payroll – absence modules (occupational, statutory), pensions impact, migration and fast formula.
- Demonstrated ability in requirement analysis, functional design, configuration documentation, troubleshooting and integration.
- Experience working with technical teams for interface design, development and testing.
- Excellent client‑facing, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to multi‑task, work independently and under pressure.
- Good understanding of application implementation methodologies.
- Valid Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Cloud Implementation certification(s).
- Knowledge of broader Oracle Cloud functional areas (Finance, HCM, Payroll, SCM, CX, Logistics).
- Experience with reporting and analytical tools within Oracle Cloud.
- Leading multiple project implementations.
- Pre‑sales experience: proposals, proofs of concept and sandbox demonstrations.
- Domain expertise in HCM and Payroll modules beyond payroll.
