Chef de Partie – Luxury Private Members’ Club, Central London
Salary & package: £32,000 basic + £4,500 Christmas fund (paid January) + 10% non‑contributory pension + 14 pays per year
Hours: 40‑hour week with paid overtime
Shift Pattern (business‑led rota):
2 × 10‑hour shifts: 09:00-21:00
3 × 6.5‑hour shifts from:
Early:08:30-15:00
Mid:10:00-16:30
Late:15:00-21:30
About the role:

Candidate profile:
Proven experience as Chef de Partie in luxury/private club or high-end hospitality setting (e.g. fine dining, 5★ context)
Excellent food hygiene knowledge and ability to manage your section to consistent quality
Team‑oriented, dependable, and flexible with shift patterns
