You’ll be supporting teachers, leading small group sessions, and helping students reach their full potential!
Contract: Full time – September start
Salary: £95 - £110 per day
Responsibilities
* Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
* Lead small group interventions to support student learning.
* Provide targeted support for students with additional learning needs.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Help with lesson planning and classroom activities.
Qualifications
* HLTA qualification or relevant experience in a similar role.
* Strong understanding of primary education and student development.
* Ability to engage and motivate young learners.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Passion for helping students succeed.
