As HR Business Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor and trusted mentor to the management teams of your designated function or department. You'll work closely with leaders to build and sustain high performing, engaged teams, with a particular focus on manager coaching, and team development; identifying gaps and position impactful people strategies that enable the business to mitigate risk and perform effectively. You’ll play a hands-on role in delivering people initiatives that create improvement for employee experience and proactively work to improve culture and will also be responsible for completing the associated administrative tasks related to your work, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant people processe s. What you'll do Establish and cultivate strong relationships with leaders, acting as a trusted business partner to position impactful people strategies that enable the business to identify gaps, mitigate risk and perform effective ly.Act as a coach and thought partner to managers, equipping them with the skills, confidence and tools to lead high-performing tea ms.Build and deliver training, frameworks and guidance for effective performance management, including setting expectations, giving feedback and managing underperforman ce.Partner with managers on career development planning, succession planning and internal mobili ty.Support employee relations cases, providing sound advice and ensuring proper documentation and process complian ce.Ensure the timely completion of all administrative tasks related to the above responsibilities, such as updating employee records, preparing documentation, tracking performance actions and maintaining accurate HR da ta.Play an active role in projects that improve the quality and efficiency of our processes and streamlining systems, such as the automation of admin tas ks.Use people data (e.g. engagement surveys, turnover trends, performance outcomes) to inform business decisions and continuous improvement to the employee experien ce.Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring needs and workforce planni ng.Partner on diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives within the busine ss.Support organisational change and growth initiatives through both strategic guidance and hands-on implementati on.Foster a culture of continuous development and always lead by examp le.Promote an inclusive and diverse culture, in line with the Henry Schein One valu es. What you’ll bring with youProven experience as an HRBP or People Partner in a tech-focused environment, ideally within SaaS or product-led busines ses.Strong coaching and advisory skills, especially in performance and team developm ent.Ability to balance strategic partnership with administrative execution — comfortable working end-to-end across all aspects of the employee lifecy cle.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive people information with discret ion.Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building ski lls.Ability to collaborate and coordinate work with multiple departments and stakehold ers.Ability to multi-task and stay organised in a dynamic work environm ent.Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best pract ice.Experience supporting fast-growing or scaling teams through change and ambigu ity.CIPD qualification (Level 5 or higher) or equivalent experience prefer red.
