The Role – General Teaching Assistant As a General Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 depending on school needs. Responsibilities include: Providing in-class support alongside the class teacher. Delivering small-group interventions to help pupils reach their learning targets. Supporting children with a range of needs, including SEND. Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering a supportive learning environment.
