Overview
We are the UK's oldest independent hirer and manufacturer of modular and portable buildings, and we're seeking a skilled electrician to join our expanding team. The role involves electrical testing on portable cabins and modular buildings, site visits for repairs, PAT testing of appliances, rewiring cabins before dispatch, and assisting general refurbishment in the yard.
Responsibilities
* Conduct electrical testing on portable cabins and modular buildings.
* Perform site visits to carry out repairs.
* Carry out PAT testing of appliances.
* Rewire cabins before they are sent to customer sites.
* Assist in the general refurbishment of cabins or modular buildings in the yard.
Qualifications & Experience
* An 18th Edition electrical qualification is desirable but not essential.
* Experience in the portable accommodation industry is preferred but not essential.
* A CSCS card or equivalent is desirable.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise a demanding workload.
* Adherence to current Health & Safety legislation is required.
