The main aim of the Edinburgh Lettings Team is to ensure an exceptional customer experience for all clients. You will work closely with colleagues to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and achieve a market-leading position in our target areas.
As a front-of-house administrator, you will provide an effective reception service, professionally handling client interactions via phone, email, and face-to-face. You will also support the department administratively and maintain a welcoming environment in the reception area.
You will collaborate with your team and support Portfolio Managers and Administrators in building strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service. You will also carry out various administrative tasks to support the department's operations.
Key responsibilities
* Providing administrative support and managing office operations, including stock management
* Handling all phone calls and voicemail queries
* Greeting clients, suppliers, and professionals in person
* Delivering high standards of client care and satisfaction
* Maintaining standards and adopting a continuous learning approach
* Managing viewing calendars and appointments
* Managing applicant database for available properties
* Handling the main lettings email inbox
* Managing keys in and out of the office
* Coordinating viewings with viewers and colleagues
Key requirements
* Experience in administration and call handling
* Thorough and methodical in completing administrative tasks
* Good geographical knowledge of Edinburgh
* Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Team player with strong relationship-building skills
* Ability to multi-task and thrive in a team environment
