THE ROLE
We’re looking for a talented, ambitious Copywriter to drive creative copywriting and brand storytelling across REFY Beauty’s marketing, campaigns, e-commerce and product launches.
Working closely with the Brand Marketing team and Creative, you’ll help shape how REFY shows up across all consumer touchpoints - from social-first storytelling and campaigns to product copy, e-commerce and brand communications. This is a varied, fast-paced role for a strong 360 thinker who understands how to balance creativity, clarity and commercial impact.
You’ll play a key role in translating REFY’s vision into clear, ownable and compelling copy that resonates with our global community.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Write engaging, on-brand copy across all channels, including campaigns and product launches, website and e-commerce, email marketing, paid and organic social, packaging and in-store materials, product and retails staff training materials and internal comms materials.
* Support 360 campaign ideation, working collaboratively with Brand Marketing and Creative
* Own and develop the brand copy guidelines, for internal and external use
* Maintain and evolve the REFY tone of voice, ensuring consistency across all platforms
* Translate briefs into clear, compelling messaging that feels modern, confident and community-led
* Edit and proofread all copy to ensure accuracy, clarity and brand alignment
* Review content performance with stakeholders and adapt approach to improve conversion
* Oversee transcreation projects, working closely with the Marketing and Creative Operations Lead
* Work across multiple projects at once, prioritising effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Maintain meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all copy is accurate, grammatically correct, and on-brief.
* Stay culturally connected, with a strong understanding of beauty, fashion, social, and digital trends
Skills, Knowledge And Experience
* Proven experience as a Copywriter, preferably within beauty, fashion or lifestyle
* Deep understanding of tone of voice and how to adapt it across platforms
* Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
* Experience in working within transcreation workflows with freelancers and agencies
* Confident collaborating across teams and responding to feedback
* Commercially minded, with an understanding of how copy drives performance
* Passionate about beauty, branding and storytelling
