Key Responsibilities Manage a fair and balanced caseload within either Assessment & Intervention or Permanence teams. Conduct assessments, plan interventions, and provide support for children and families in need. Work closely with professionals across agencies to ensure effective safeguarding and long-term stability for children. Undertake court work, including preparing reports and giving evidence when required. Engage in direct work with children and families, using our Supporting Families, Enhancing Futures model.
