We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a friendly school in Havering. You will help the teacher in preparing lesson materials and classroom activities, assisting individuals and supporting small group learning, whilst promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment. You may be responsible for providing one-on-one support to children/ a child with special educational needs, helping them to engage and learn in a nurturing environment with personalised education plans tailored to each child's unique needs, encouraging participation and confidence.
