Camino Partners are delighted to be supporting a high-growth, international recruitment business in the search for a proactive and detail-oriented Credit Controller. Operating across the UK, Europe, US, and Asia, the business requires an individual who can take ownership of the accounts receivable function, drive cash collection, and build strong relationships with clients across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities
* Take full ownership of the end-to-end credit control process across multiple entities and jurisdictions
* Proactively chase outstanding debt via phone, email, and client portals to ensure timely collections
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to resolve queries and reduce aged debt
* Manage and reconcile accounts receivable ledgers across multiple currencies.
* Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to resolve billing disputes and improve collection cycles
* Monitor debtor days and produce regular aged debt reports with clear commentary for senior stakeholders
* Maintain accurate records of all collection activity within Sage Intacct
* Allocate cash, reconcile customer accounts, and investigate discrepancies
* Support month-end processes, including reporting and ledger close activities
* Assist in improving credit control processes, systems, and policies as the business scales internationally
1. Key Requirements
* Proven experience in a Credit Control / Accounts Receivable role, ideally within recruitment or professional services
* Experience working in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment
* Strong working knowledge of Sage Intacct (or similar ERP systems)
* Demonstrable ability to proactively chase debt and reduce aged receivables
* Excellent communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders across different regions
