Known for combining strong technical expertise with a genuinely client-focused approach, the firm is now looking to speak with an experienced IFA Administrator to join the business following internal progression. This is a key support role within a collaborative team environment. You’ll work closely with a pod of three advisers, playing an integral part in ensuring clients receive a smooth, well-coordinated service. From managing new business processing to keeping client records accurate and up to date, your work will directly support the delivery of high-quality advice. Day to day, the role will involve maintaining records on Intelligent Office, assisting with documentation and basic report preparation, and acting as a central point of contact between advisers, clients and providers. You’ll also support wider office administration, contributing to a friendly and supportive working culture. This opportunity would suit someone with prior experience in IFA administration who is confident using Intelligent Office, enjoys managing a varied workload, and takes pride in being organised and detail-focused.
