Join a purpose‑driven IT team where precision, process and practical skills keep our business operations running smoothly. We’re seeking an IT Depot Coordinator in person in Leeds who thrives in a hands‑on technical role supporting device lifecycle, stock control, and service delivery.
Purpose and Scope of the Role
You will own day‑to‑day IT Depot and asset activities that keep devices moving from procurement through deployment to secure disposal. This role manages device builds, imaging and configuration, maintains accurate asset and stock records, coordinates refurbishment and reallocations, and ensures depot processes are applied consistently across the IT estate. You will be the operational hub between procurement, support teams and end users.

You will accelerate engineers and office‑based staff back to productivity by delivering timely, standardised device builds and reliable stock management. Your work reduces incidents, shortens device turnaround, preserves data security and supports compliance with disposal policies. Clear documentation, effective prioritisation and a customer‑focused approach will directly improve service levels across the organisation.
Core Capabilities
* Depot Operations & Coordination - Coordinate daily depot workflow to meet build, deployment and return SLAs; act as first point of contact for depot queries and elevate issues when required.
* Asset & Stock Management - Maintain accurate asset registers, monitor stock levels, arrange replenishment and coordinate hardware reallocations, refurbishment and disposal in line with policy.
* Device Build, Imaging & Configuration - Build and image devices using approved tools, keep standard OS builds current, install authorised software and support profile migration.
* End User Support & Service Delivery - Provide technical support by phone, email and in person; log and manage incidents in ServiceNow; balance workload under pressure while maintaining strong customer service.
* Security & Process Compliance - Handle sensitive information with discretion and follow defined processes consistently.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
Practical experience with desktop/laptop hardware, Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, endpoint management and imaging/deployment tools. Customer‑service skills and prior asset/stock control exposure.
Working Environment
This is an office‑based position in Leeds with full office attendance required.
