This role involves supporting day-to-day HR operations, with a focus on employee relations, and general HR operations. Salary up to £36,000 Full time, Permanent Career development opportunities What you'll do: Provide operational support across the Group's HR functions, ensuring consistent and efficient HR delivery. Act as a first point of contact for employee relations issues, offering guidance and support to managers and staff. Ensure compliance with employment law, company policies, and regulatory requirements across multiple sites. Assist with the administration of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit procedures. Maintain accurate HR records and produce regular reports for management. Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects aimed at improving employee engagement and organisational performance. Collaborate with site managers to address day-to-day HR matters in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and systems. What you'll need: Proven experience in a hands-on HR role, ideally within a multi-site or manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and HR compliance. Experience in managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High level of discretion and confidentiality.
