Contract | 6-12 months | Remote
A global technology services organisation delivering automation and engineering solutions to leading life sciences manufacturers is seeking an experienced DeltaV Automation Engineer to support a major pharmaceutical production environment.
This engagement will focus on supporting Emerson DeltaV distributed control systems within a regulated GMP manufacturing environment. The successful engineer will contribute to both production support activities and ongoing automation projects.
Key responsibilities:
Supporting Emerson DeltaV control systems within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment Troubleshooting and resolving automation issues affecting production systems Supporting automation upgrades, enhancements and project delivery Participating in system commissioning and implementation activities Providing operational support and guidance to plant and engineering teams Contributing to system reliability and continuous improvement initiatives
Required experience:
Strong hands-on experience with Emerson DeltaV DCS Background in industrial automation or process control engineering Experience working within regulated pharmaceutical, biotech or life sciences manufacturing environments (GMP/GxP) Experience supporting production environments and automation projects Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills
Contract details:
Initial 6-12 month engagement Primarily remote Competitive day rate Background screening required (DBS and standard compliance checks)
