About the role
Reporting to the UK Hub Commercial Revenue Director, this role is responsible for managing analytics projects, combining technical and communication skills to support and influence senior business leaders.
The Data Analyst will sit at the heart of the Commercial team in the UK hub at RX, driving strategy and performance development, progress measurement, and delivery across all areas of the business. The role will support the development of insights and analytics to drive key strategic initiatives, working closely with the rest of the function and global stakeholders.
Using data and statistical modelling skills, the Analyst will build consulting skills by managing projects from initial scoping to implementation, communicating complex insights to colleagues, and working with diverse leadership teams and cultures to succeed within a high-performing business.
Responsibilities
* Define problems and project timelines with stakeholders.
* Source and analyze data for insights.
* Prepare presentation materials.
* Collaborate with with functional, event and global teams
* Develop best practices based on analytics.
* Share project learnings with leaders and teams.
* Capable of utilizing tools and conducting analysis to pinpoint areas with substantial business value
* Strong organisational skills
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics).
* Proficiency in analytics programming (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
* Knowledge of modeling techniques (e.g., regression, clustering).
* Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI preferred).
