JOB TITLE:Technical Platform Specialist (Mobile Devices)
SALARY: £70,929- £78,810
LOCATION:Leeds Wellington Place
HOURS:Full-time
WORKING PATTERN:Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites. Our Platform anchor day is Monday with flexibility around the other office day(s)
A Technical Platform Specialist working in the Mobile Feature team will design, implement, manage and support Microsoft Intune environments across iOS and Android platforms including Mobile Security tools and Device manufacturers management tools! This includes configuring policies, managing device enrolment, deploying and configuring Mobile applications, and ensuring compliance with organisational security standards across a Corporate and Personally owned Mobile estate!
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, implement, manage and supportMicrosoft Intunesolution for mobile device provisioning, configuration, and compliance acrossiOS and Android platforms.
* Develop and enforcemobile device management (MDM)andmobile application management (MAM)policies that align with financial industry compliance and security standards.
* Manageintegrated Mobile toolsand optimise their use in the management of the iOS and Android platforms.
* Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and engineering teams to support amobile strategyfor employees.
* Monitormobile environment health and performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations.
* Design and implementautomated workflows and monitoring solutionsfor managing iOS and Android mobile environments.
* Providetechnical support and leadershipin troubleshooting issues related to Intune, device enrolment, policy enforcement, and application deployment.
* Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures for Intune administration and usage.
* Stay ahead of withIntune updates, mobile OS changes, and best practices in enterprise mobility.

What You'll Need
* Proven experience managingMicrosoft Intunein enterprise environments, specifically foriOS and Android.
* Strong understanding ofenterprise mobility,zero trust architecture, andconditional access policies.
* Experience withMicrosoft Entra IDandthe Microsoft 365ecosystem.
* Experience in usingDevOps tools.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with excellentproblem-solvingskills.
* Relevant certifications e.g.,Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator, Apple Certified Support and IT Professional,are highly desirable
