Facilities Officer Responsibilities
1. Based in Ipswich, with ownershipof facilitiesacrossfouroffices.
2. Supporting offices in Ipswich, Chelmsford,Cambridge and Norwich.
3. ReporttotheSeniorEstatesManager.
4. Supportthedeliveryofbuildingservices,maintenance,compliance,andfacilitiesoperations.
5. Workingcloselywithstaff,subcontractors,andsuppliers.
6. Ensuretheestateissafe,compliant,andwell-maintained.
7. Providingaresponsive,high-qualityservicethatmeetsallcontractualSLAsandKPIs.
