About the Role
As a Chef de Partie, you will be an integral part of our talented kitchen team, delivering a diverse range of delicious dishes across our buffet venues. You’ll collaborate closely with a Junior Kitchen Manager and lead small teams of commis chefs, ensuring that every plate meets our high standards of quality.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing a specific section of the kitchen with precision and care.
* Ensuring safe preparation, cooking, and presentation of all dishes.
* Adhering to set recipe specifications and brand standards.
* Complying with our Food Safety Management System.

* Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
