As you will also join the Audit and Risk Committee an affinity for numbers is important. Excellent communication skills along with impartiality and independent judgement will also be important to the role along with a collaborative mindset and a mixed range of skills, including a sharp eye for risk, financial acumen and an understanding of landlord health and safety compliance. We also encourage interest from people with lived experience of social housing, disability, LGBTQ identities, or socio-economic disadvantage.
