Reporting to the Managing Director, you will own the sales agenda—establishing a data-led strategy and translating it into clear, well-executed plans. You will lead a capable team of sales and marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture built on trust, accountability, and a growth mindset.
The overall aim is to deliver sustainable revenue and margin growth: identifying routes to market, opening new international territories, securing multi-site customer agreements, and strengthening distributor partnerships.
