Responsibilities
* Deliver and support teaching for undergraduate and postgraduate students (lectures, tutorials, supervision, assessment) across the department and college.
* Develop course materials, including lectures, reading lists and guides.
* Assess university examinations.
* Support student welfare, performance and conduct, referring issues where required.
* Organise aspects of the Physiology syllabus.
Qualifications
* Postgraduate qualification in a relevant biomedical field completed at PhD or MD level.
* Demonstrable experience in teaching supported by a track record of subject‑relevant research.
* Depth and breadth of knowledge in physiology and pharmacology sufficient to deliver and develop course materials.
* Experience of creating collaborative and inclusive environments with people from different backgrounds.
