Key Responsibilities
1. Lead strategic talent planning to align with business goals and future growth
2. Embed and manage succession planning, identifying critical roles and high-potential talent
3. Oversee performance management processes, including tools, communication, and policy
4. Develop data and reporting capabilities to drive insight-led talent decisions
5. Partner with leaders to shape leadership and career development pathways
6. Champion diversity and inclusion across talent and leadership initiatives
7. Design and deliver leadership development programmes using global frameworks

8. Proven ability to design and deliver talent strategies aligned with business goals
9. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to drive programmes
10. Experience in performance management and talent development initiatives
11. Knowledge of inclusive practices and building diverse talent pipelines
12. Skilled in using data and analytics to inform talent decisions
13. Effective communicator and collaborator across senior leadership and HR teams
14. Proficient in developing systems and processes for talent and performance management
