About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. With a strong focus on getting it right the first time, you will help uphold our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding service.
* Schedule and manage service appointments efficiently.
* Provide accurate information and updates on vehicle repairs and servicing.
* Liaise with the workshop team to ensure a smooth workflow and timely job completion.
* Maintain high standards of customer communication and follow-up.
* Upsell additional services where appropriate to enhance customer experience.
