We're currently working with a well-regarded secondary school in Croydon seeking an experienced EAL HLTA to join their team from September 2025. This role is ideal for someone confident in supporting students for whom English is an additional language. You will play a key part in helping pupils access the curriculum, improve their language skills, and achieve academic success-through both in-class support and targeted intervention sessions.
