We arelooking to strengthen our Anglian Water team with a HR Business Partner. You will be based at our Peterborough office with hybrid working available. This is a fixed-term role for 13 months.
Responsibilities will include:
Partner with senior leaders to deliver people strategies that drive business outcomes.
Lead initiatives in workforce planning, talent development, and organisational design.
Provide expert support on employee relations and complex HR challenges.
Use data and insights to guide decisions and measure success.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all teams.
Coach leaders to build confidence and capability in managing their people.
Collaborate with Alliance partner organisations to co-create HR solutions and share best practices.
Maintain a high standard of professionalism, confidentiality, and collaboration.
Requirements:
* Be a qualified HR professional (CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience).
* Have experience as a strategic HR Business Partner or in a senior HR role.
* Be skilled in analysing HR metrics and turning insights into action.
* Be an excellent communicator, coach, and relationship builder.
* Have experience in managing change and influencing at a senior level.
* Be resilient, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
