This is a key administrative role supporting a large, dynamic organisation. The ideal candidate will bring excellent coordination skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to handling HR administration and documentation. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review HR documents, including contracts, offer letters, and formal communications. Generate and issue letters using mail merge templates. Manage the HR shared inbox, responding to queries or escalating when appropriate. Maintain and update employee records in HR systems with accuracy. Schedule and coordinate interviews, training, meetings, and events. Provide diary management support for senior HR team members. Track training attendance, manage bookings, and liaise with external providers. Assist in onboarding and induction coordination. Support ad hoc HR projects and general office administration as needed. Essential Skills & Experience: Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within a large or fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Confident written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Experience with mail merge and managing shared inboxes. Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and working under pressure. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. Desirable (Not Essential): Experience working within an HR department or knowledge of HR processes. Familiarity with HR or business systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
