Position Title: Compliance/Type Approval Administrator Apprentice
Location: Paneltex Ltd, Somerden Road, Hull, HU9 5PE
Reporting to: Manager
Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 17:00 and Friday 08:00 to 14:00
Salary: £7.55 per hour

Job Overview

Paneltex is offering an exciting opportunity for a Compliance / Type Approval Administrator Apprentice to join our team in Kingston Upon Hull. As an apprentice, you will have the chance to gain valuable hands-on experience in conducting type approval functions and ensuring compliance with GB and EU/UNECE legislation. Responsibilities
* Work closely with experienced Compliance Specialists to learn and assist in conducting type approval functions in line with GB and EU/UNECE legislation.
* Gain an understanding of the regulatory requirements and industry standards governing the automotive sector.
* Assist in maintaining compliance documentation and records, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
* Support cross-functional teams in implementing compliance improvement initiatives.
* Participate in audits and inspections to ensure adherence to internal and external compliance requirements.
* Develop effective communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
* Stay informed about the latest regulatory developments and best practices in the automotive compliance field.
* Contribute to the preparation and submission of compliance reports and documentation.
* Embrace a culture of continuous learning and growth within the automotive compliance domain.

Apprenticeship Details
This Compliance / Type Approval Administrator Apprenticeship at Paneltex will offer you a unique opportunity to gain practical experience while working alongside industry experts. The apprenticeship program will typically run for 65 weeks, plus 13 weeks EPA (End Point Assessment), and will provide you with valuable on-the-job training, supplemented by theoretical learning to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Throughout the apprenticeship, you will be supported by a dedicated mentor who will guide you in your professional development and assist you in achieving your career goals.
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to be considered for a permanent role within Paneltex, subject to business requirements and your performance during the program.
