Our Maxim department is expanding and we are excited to announce that we are looking for an additional team member to join as a Coach Mentor in Electrical.

The Role
* To coach and mentor a range of learners who are studying Electrical apprenticeships.
* To support learners on a one to one basis, working with the teaching staff who deliver the qualification to ensure that learners are attending classes and are progressing appropriately.
* To support learners in putting together a portfolio of evidence ready for their End Point Assessment.
* Complete reviews with learners and employers out in the workplace to ensure that all learners are working in a safe environment and are making progress in their apprenticeship role in the workplace.
* Support learners in their preparation for their end point assessment.
* Seek out new business opportunities and promote training to employers.
Main Duties for this role include
* Support apprentices using an appropriate range of methods to facilitate and support learning and achievement.
* Complete sign up and review fulfilling all audit requirements.
* Identify individual training needs and to organize training to achieve planned outcomes within defined timescales in line with College processes and procedures.
* Motivate and inspire employees to raise aspirations, promote effort, maintain momentum and encourage progression to higher levels.
