Service Manager - Mental Health Supported Housing

£36,500 per annum
Are you a passionate leader with experience in supported housing or mental health services? We're seeking a Service Manager to lead and develop two supported living services for adults with enduring mental health needs and complex support requirements.
What You'll Do:
* Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional care and housing support services.
* Manage staff development, recruitment, supervision, and performance.
* Oversee service quality, safeguarding, and health & safety compliance.
* Build strong partnerships with external agencies and stakeholders.
* Monitor KPIs and manage budgets, occupancy, and contract outcomes.
About You:
* Experience in managing supported housing, mental health, or social care teams.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
* A calm, resilient, and proactive approach to dynamic environments.
* Knowledge of housing legislation, safeguarding procedures, and risk management.
* Minimum Level 4 Health & Social Care qualification (or equivalent management experience).
