Demi Chef de Partie - Leatherhead The Role: As a Demi Chef De Partie you will assist both the Chef de Partie, Sous & Head Chef in the overall responsibility of the operation of a section in the kitchen and the preparation and service of food, ensuring that the highest standards of quality, food safety and hygiene are always maintained. You will be responsible to produce food within a designated section. You will ensure stock control procedures are adhered to including the appropriate storage, rotation and retention of stock. You will also be fully aware of all dishes, menus, recipes, allergens and costs in all items which are the responsibility of your section. The Person You will take pride in your area and working for Beaverbrook, with outstanding attention to detail. Your previous experience will encompass working in a 5* hotel or fine dining restaurant as a Demi Chef De Partie or Apprentice Chef. Your qualifications will include Food Safety certificate, City & Guilds or equivalent Memberships of Chefs' Association. Shift Pattern This position will consist of 45 hours per week, working any 5 days out of 7. The hours for this position will typically consist of: 09:00-23:00 or 15:00-23:00.
