Job Description
We are seeking a Comms & Engagement Specialist to join a luxury automotive OEM based in Solihull. The role involves managing communication and engagement activities related to process changes within the organization.
Main Responsibilities
1. Communicate the impact of process changes to business roles and user access within tools
2. Identify stakeholders and end users for deployment activities
3. Support onboarding of Early Adopters and Super Users
4. Conduct business change impact assessments with senior stakeholders
5. Create and support stakeholder communication and engagement plans
6. Collaborate with Process Leads and stakeholders to develop global business processes
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience working in a manufacturing environment
* Proficiency with Atlassian applications such as JIRA and Confluence
* Experience with Agile methodologies
* Background in transformational projects
Additional Information
Applicants must have proof of immediate, ongoing, and valid eligibility to work full-time in the UK and travel within the EU.
