The Role
This Trainee role is a fantastic way of combining practical work with intensive on and off the job learning - gaining qualifications, developing vital skills, knowledge and experience; while playing a key role in feeding the nation with delicious food that’s good for people and planet.
Working within our Production teams and Skilled Machine Operators, as a Trainee Skilled Operator you will develop your skillset and apply your learning within one of Northern Irelands most advanced manufacturing sites. Maintaining production to maximum efficiency levels you will work to become skilled in various machines within production. This role will give you the opportunity to become a fully skilled machine operator and set yourself in position to develop a successful long- term career pathway.
Hours of Work
Dayshift: 6.45am to 3pm - 6pm, Monday to Friday.
What It Takes
There are no essential qualifications or experience required for this role as full training will be provided as part of the programme.
To be considered for this role you should have a ‘can do’ approach, the ability to work as part of a team and behaviours in line with the Finnebrogue Values of; Innovation, Respect, Integrity, Transparency, Energy and Resilience. Good communication skills and manual dexterity and speed which will be monitored throughout your employment.
